Hargeisa (THT): A powerful delegation led by the Minister in the office of the President Mr. Hirsi Haji Ali Hassan reached the provincial head quarter of Sanaag Erigavo. Mr. Hirsi visit is part of a wider campaign to raise funds for the construction of Burao to Erigavo road.
It just coincides with the laying of the foundation stone by the president of the republic of Somaliland H.E. Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Mohamud.
The delegation is expected to celebrate the Eid-ul Adha public holiday with the people of Erigavo and to lobby to its residents to contribute in the fundraiser. The minister is an ardent supporter of development of infrastructure in all regions of the country. He urged Somaliland’s citizens to unite to uplift their economical status through viable projects.
Hirsi joins other senior officials already in Erigavo like the minister of defence Ahmed Haji Ali Adami, Sports and Youth minister Ali Saeed Raygal and Water development Minister
