HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) – Somaliland ambassador to Denmark Mr. Musa Sheikh Muhumed is in the country for consultation with the administration and more specifically the ministry of foreign affairs.
Ambassador Muhumed was received at the Egal international airport in Hargeisa by Director General of foreign affairs ministry and his postal and communication counterpart and members of parliament plus other dignitaries including intellectuals and traditional leaders.
Talking to members of the press briefly after his welcoming ceremony he said that he was very pleased to be back to the motherland and thanked all the people who welcomed him home. He also delivered a message of good will from Somaliland community in Denmark.
The envoy said that during his stay he will meet senior government officials and the civil society and citizens to consult them about the country’s situation. Mr. said that it is important to keep a breast with current with current development in the country so that leaders like him can initiate projects that will benefit its citizens.
