These include and not limited to  Commitment to , enhanced safety , staff training, Supply of PPE kits, Daily screening & monitoring of all staff in prominent locations of the hotel ,  Screening and monitoring of customers,  Provision of sanitizers,  Signs and instructions across the hotel – reminders – washing hands etc… and  Regular webinars from various sources such as TripAdvisor, Africa Hotel Investment Forum, IFC, showcasing traveler safety and food safety to build trust and confidence of customers.

Ambassador Hotel management and staff have been working assiduously to carry out through spring cleans and spraying of all facilities. In these challenging times we are delighted to inform that are now able to assist and offer limited quarantine facilities to our existing customers to use the self-contained apartments with the strict and mandatory procedures
