HARGEISA:(Somalilandsun) – The national opposition party Waddani spokesman Hon. Ibrahim Mahdi Bubba announced in a press release the matter of the judiciary allegation that the government executive arm is tampering with the judicial and have actually taken them hostage.
Hon. Ibrahim Mahdi Bubba in the press statement asked the administration not to exceed their somersault jumps beyond the executive territory, he added that the poking of noses and involvement of the cabinet ministers in the judicial matters is un-warranted and will destroy the system if not dealt with immediately.
Said him” the executive and the judiciary ride on two separate highways, so crossing knowingly on one of the other is breaking of law and acting against the constitution of Somaliland.
He added that he salutes the President statement and asks him to stand by his word.
He concluded saying that by not interfering with the government arms will raise the flag of integrity of Somaliland and its people.
The spokesman asked the President to see that his secretaries of the government don’t trade on waters that is not in their territorial range.
