QORILUGUD (Somaliland sun) – A soldier with the Somaliland army attached to a base in Qorilugud has reportedly died from a land mine.
Somaliland sun sources indicate that three other servicemen received severe injuries after the army truck they were travelling in hit a mine in Qorilugud
If this information which Slsun has been unable to independently verify be true it is not clear whether the mine that exploded was planted on the road or was in possession of the army officers.
The land mine death and injuries is yet to be confirmed by the department of defence or central government in Hargeisa
