HARGEISA: -(Somalilandsun) – A delegation led by Somalia’s Minister of Information Mr. Abdillahi Il-moge Hersi was refused permission to land at Hargeisa Egal International Airport.
The Minister and his entourage were on their way to participate in the commemoration of Ethiopia’s National Day that was taking place in Jijiga capital city of zone 5 region of Ethiopia.
Mr. Il-moge boarded an aero plane from Adan-adde International Airport in Mogadishu enroute to Jijiga but Somaliland’s authorities refused to allow his plane to land because of his confrontational and fiercely personalized antagonistic attitude to Somaliland independence and sovereignty. He was accompanied by several ministers and traditional leaders who had been invited by the president of zone five region of Ethiopia.
