HARGEISA: (Somalilandsun) The objective of H. E Ahmed Mohamud Mohamed President of Somaliland in his last year reshuffles of governors was to build the regional development capacity and strengthening the interaction integration of the social society which was widely welcomed.
The Hawd region governor Mr. Ibrahim Haji Hassan Ali, who was the former governor of Sarar, is said to be doing his work in a Hotel room in the capital, Hargeisa (Gobolka Hawd Hotel) to provide efficiency in his many visits to the Presidency in a mission for his elevation to the cabinet.
The governor is credited for his development projects like constructions of Sarar regional headquarters and the Ainabo maximum prison. He is also known to be a stern religious person and has the ability to swim in the Hawd politicking.
