Somalilandsun-The Civil Society Organizations -CSOs of Somaliland have fully participated in the process of the voter registration and deployed domestic observers more than 50% of the voter registration centers in the Togdheer region. On the other hand, Civil Society is undertaking multiple related voter registration and elections activities included observations missions, voter education and facilitating multi- stakeholders’ dialogue on electoral laws as House of Representative law and campaigning woman’s quota. In this opportunity, I would like reaffirm that civil society engagement on voter registration and elections will be continued and we are very optimistic that voter registration exercise will be concluded peacefully and successfully.
