Somalilandsun –SOMALIA, LIKE IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, YEMEN AND SYRIA, is a front in the many-pronged “War on Terror” that began after the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, and has continued through three U.S. presidencies. In Somalia (as elsewhere), the attempt has arguably created terrorists where they didn’t previously exist.
