Somalilandsun- The African Union has offered to Russia help in combatting and preventing terrorism
In a press statement the AU also extended condolences to the people following a terrorist attack at a metro station in St Petersburg that killed 11 and wounded 40 others.
The message of condolences was submitted via a Press Statement in which the AU commission chairperson H.E Moussa Faki Mahamat also condemned the terrorist attack terming it a heinous act
