In a nutshell what the legislature is now pursuing is first revival of the Water Expansion Project and prosecution of any present or past official deemed to have dipped his/her hands into the till

  1. Well all this and more will come out soon. The funds were spent on five to six ministers meandering the golf and Africa states for no good reasons. Mr legislator work on the government to have a central bank and commercial banks. You use cash in paying and what do u expect. Accountability and responsibility is no where close in Somaliland. Discipline, value and ethic need to be built within the civil servants. Work on Proper system to control procurements in the government.

It is the habit of African leaders to pinpoint the previous administration failures but to build a good administrative and proper managed never happens.

Anyway some improvements can be sensed in this adminstration. But how long will it last is the issue. Keep up Bihi
